Dispatching of your personalised Christmas letters starts by December the 4th onwards. All letters will be dispatched by December 18th the latest.

As we do not want to disappoint any of our little customers we cannot take on orders later than December 18th or we won't be able to "guarantee" the letters arrival by Christmas (US and EU 13th). If you still want to place an order after this date you must take responsibility for its possible late arrival.
