We at prince&princess want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that our product is faulty, damaged or the data provided in your order differs from the data in your book. In these instances we are happy to provide a replacement. Please return the book within 14 days including a note standing the fault to the below address and we dispatch a replacement immediately:

Please make sure the personalised information provided to us is correct. We will not however be responsible for any customer errors but we will be happy to re-print your book at a discounted rate. Refunds can not be given.

Delivery:

The estimated delivery time is for guidance only and under no circumstances can be guaranteed. Estimations have been given based on information published by the Royal Mail.

Any personal information given will be treated as confidential and used only in conjunction with processing your order. We do not sell or pass on addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers to third party companies.

So that you can order with confidence knowing that your personal details cannot be accessed during the submission of your order. If you do not have a paypal account there is a link taking you through the relevant steps needed to open an account but you can also complete the transaction without opening an account.
